Assistant Wealth Manager

What You’ll Do

• Engage & Acquire: Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms.
• Client Interaction: Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to understand client goals and present tailored investment proposals.
• Market Insight: Stay informed on global investment trends and client preferences, especially in alternative investments.
• Commercial Support: Assist in onboarding clients, track pipeline progress, and help achieve team targets.
• Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with senior managers for mentorship and contribute to a culture of learning and high performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or Business (Postgraduate or CFA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Treasury, Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Certification: CMA Kuwait Rules and Regulations required.
• Skills: Entrepreneurial drive and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English
• Digital readiness and MS Office proficiency
• Strong client focus and resilience
