The candidate will teach across undergraduate and postgraduate programs and support the development of an innovative, healthcare-focused AI curriculum aligned with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Assistant Professor-Computer Science can be classified into the following three categories.
Teaching

Design and deliver interactive lectures, lab sessions, and project-based learning activities.

Develop innovative teaching materials aligned with PLOs/CLOs and QFEmirates framework.

Evaluate student performance through assessments, examinations, and research projects.
Research
-
Conduct and publish research in AI, machine learning, health informatics, data science, or related areas.

Supervise undergraduate final projects and postgraduate theses.

Contribute to curriculum enhancement, course updates, and new course development.

Align courses with international accreditation bodies (CAA, CAHIIM, ABET-style alignment).

Qualifications & Experience

PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
