OMI Hospital invite applications from qualified and experienced professionals to join our team and lead the hospital’s Quality & Regulatory Compliance function.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the hospital-wide Quality Improvement (QI) and Patient Safety (PS) programs to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

· Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, including SHCC, ISO standards, environmental and safety regulations, and other government bodies.

· Oversee development, implementation, review, and monitoring of policies, SOPs, clinical and non-clinical processes in accordance with SHCC, ISO 9001, ISO 15189, JCIA, and other standards.

· Plan and conduct internal quality audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA), and patient complaint management.

· Lead training and capacity-building programs on quality, safety, documentation, and compliance across all departments.

· Coordinate all activities related to hospital licensing, certification, inspection visits, and external audits.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), risk registers, and quality dashboards, and provide regular reports to senior management.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

· Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 15189 (Mandatory).

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D, MSN/MSc-N, or a relevant clinical/allied discipline.

· Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a recognized healthcare organization with SHCC licensing, ISO certification, or JCIA experience; at least 3 years in a managerial role.

· Strong working knowledge of JCIA standards, SHCC regulations, PMDC/PNC/Pharmacy Council requirements, national infection control guidelines (CDC), and other quality frameworks.

· Demonstrated expertise in QMS, patient safety, incident management, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.

· Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and team-building skills.
