Assisted Living LPN

We are looking for an experienced and motivated LPN to join our Assisted Living Residence in Williamsville, NY.

LPN position details:

We are hiring for a Part Time (2 days/week) 3pm - 11pm position. This position requires availability to work Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend.

LPN job duties include:

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct care services.
• Maintain care records, resident files, and progress notes as required.
• Review resident care needs and physician’s orders.
• Perform nursing duties such as completing DSS forms, functional assessment service plans, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.

LPN qualifications:

• Must have credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license.
• Must be CPR and first aid certified.
