Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or ITI (Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic / Fitter)
Role Overview
We are seeking skilled technicians from the automobile/mechanical industry who are interested in building a career in aircraft maintenance. The role involves performing mechanical tasks, assisting engineers, and supporting routine maintenance activities under supervision of certified aircraft engineers. Comprehensive aviation-specific training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in carrying out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance tasks under supervision.

Perform mechanical operations such as assembly, disassembly, inspections, and replacements as per approved procedures.

Support aircraft turnaround activities, including basic checks and preparation tasks.

Handle tools, equipment, and components used in aircraft maintenance safely and correctly.

Maintain proper documentation, task sheets, and technical logs as instructed by certified engineers.

Coordinate with engineering, stores, and line maintenance teams to support operational requirements.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols, Human Factors principles, and company SOPs.

Participate in internal training programs to transition from auto/mechanical background to aviation maintenance standards.
Eligibility Criteria

Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or ITI (Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic / Fitter)

1–3 years of hands-on technical experience in automobile or mechanical maintenance.

Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, troubleshooting, and safety.

Willingness to undergo aviation-specific training and work in a regulated environment.

Ability to work in rotating shifts, outdoor conditions, and fast-paced operational settings.
