Assitant Manager - MEP (Execution)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule and monitor end-to-end execution of all MEP services — HVAC, Electrical, Fire-Fighting, Plumbing, Drainage, STP/WTP and Low Voltage systems.
• Review IFC, GFC and shop drawings; ensure execution as per approved designs, BOQs and method statements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural teams, PMC, consultants and contractors for seamless sequencing with civil works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure QA/QC compliance and safety protocols.
• Track material requirements, verify specifications, approve indents and monitor delivery schedules.
• Review and certify contractor measurements, bills and work progress reports.
• Forecast risks/constraints and implement corrective action to avoid delays in project milestones.
• Monitor testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems, ensuring snag closure and documentation.
• Maintain close follow-up with statutory authorities for inspections, approvals and compliance (if applicable).
• BE civil is compulsory
• Min 6 years experience in similar field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
