The Marketing Associate will support Oceanview’s marketing and communication initiatives by coordinating campaign execution, tracking performance, and managing reporting across channels. This role will play a key part in optimizing Oceanview’s marketing spend, working with external agencies, and coordinating brand events and sponsorships.

Coordinate the planning, tracking, and reconciliation of marketing and media budgets.

Collaborate with Oceanview’s marketing agency to monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

Prepare recurring marketing performance reports and dashboards for management review.

Support the execution of agent and advisor campaigns across digital, email, and event channels.

Assist in coordinating Oceanview’s participation in key sponsorships, conferences, and local events (logistics, materials, promotion, and follow-up).

Ensure marketing assets and communications align with brand standards and compliance requirements.

Support the management of contact lists, campaign tracking, and performance data within marketing systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency across marketing, distribution, and corporate communications efforts.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign analytics, or media management.

Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, or other marketing performance tools preferred.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Demonstrates growing understanding of Oceanview’s products, distribution channels, and brand objectives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize findings clearly for management.

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

A self-starter mindset — someone who can manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Basic understanding of marketing ROI or performance measurement (to support the analytical aspect of the job).

Experience or coursework in data analytics or digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email automation).

LOCATION and COMPENSATION:
- This role will be based in Oceanview’s Denver, CO
- This role will be Hybrid (3x a week in the office)

Base compensation is expected to be $67,500 – $80,000* with the opportunity for incentive compensation including bonus compensation.
Salary may vary based on work experience, market conditions, location, and qualifications/training.
