Key Responsibilities:

Support senior management in executing business strategies and operations
Conduct research and analysis to drive data-driven decision-making
Assist in project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery
Collaborate across departments (finance, marketing, operations) to streamline processes
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in a relevant field (consulting, finance, business operations, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA a plus)
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
