WNS is hiring for an International Airlines - customer service process.
Time - 11AM-4PM
Date - 20th -21st Nov
Address - WNS, Centaurus Building , 6th floor , Hiranandani Estate , Thane west
OR
WNS , Gate 4 , Plant 11 Vikhroli West
đš Role: Customer Support Representative (Email Process)
đš Shift: Rotational shifts including night shifts
đš Week-offs: 1 rotational week off
đš Pick up & Drop facilities provided
Key Responsibilities:
â Draft professional emails to resolve customer queries and complaints.
â Deliver exceptional customer service while handling sensitive issues.
â Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer concerns in line with airlines service standards.
Required Skills:
âď¸ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
âď¸ Strong email drafting and comprehension abilities.
âď¸ Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset.
