Associate Attorney

Drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, court appearances, and resolving commercial litigation cases. We utilize the lastest commercial legal case management software. Experience in commercial litigation and commercial collections is a plus but not a requirement. We hire on the person as the main determining factor. License to practice in West Virginia also a plus.
