Role Overview

This is a primarily remote position for a Denver-based attorney. You’ll handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution and join 1–2 in-person meetings per week. In-person time may include team meetings, client meetings, marketing events, and visiting medical providers to strengthen relationships and better understand our clients’ treatment and injuries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload under attorney supervision
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Help prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Assist with settlement evaluation and negotiations

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Colorado law license (or pending admission)
• Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience
• Litigation experience is a plus
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Reliable transportation for weekly in-person meetings in Denver

• $70,000–$90,000 base salary (depends on experience)
