Associate Attorney

Part time attorney with litigation and/or landlord tenant experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities will be in the firms landlord tenant and litigation practice including Court appearances, research, and drafting. Attorneys with litigation and/or landlord tenant experience will be afforded a case load with weekly appearances in City, Town and Justice Courts. Additional work on NYS Supreme Court litigation including motions, briefs, and related work.
