Full job description

Hudson Law Group, a small firm located in Cool Springs, has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney. Interested candidates should apply by submitting a cover letter, resume, and legal writing sample. Must have valid Tennessee law license.

Responsibilities will include:

• Draft pleadings, motions and correspondence
• Legal research, prepare briefs
• Assist partner with trial preparation
• Prepare and organize discovery
• Cover motion hearings
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, including excel a plus
• Prior courtroom experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

• Daily billable time requirement, flexible office hours
• Monday to Friday

Pay: $60,000 -$80,000, with potential bonus – depending on experience
