Associate Attorney

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team of attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants. Starting salary between $110,000 and $130,000, plus benefits, and bonuses available. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation matters, including drafting motions, arguing at hearings including evidentiary hearings, and determining litigation strategy. Practice areas include matters in business and real estate litigation. This role requires confident negotiation and litigation skills, as well as proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw. The Attorney will be responsible for representing clients, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and rules. Hybrid opportunity, to work in office and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including negotiations and court appearances.
• Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw to support case preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and memorandum of law.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to provide comprehensive legal services.
• Manage case files efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
