Associate Attorney

MSBT Law, Chtd. is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney. We are committed to a team approach and are seeking applicants with exceptional research, writing, and speaking skills, as well as the ability to work closely with other attorneys and staff. MSBT Law, Chtd. practice areas are Family Law, Wills/Probates, Criminal Prosecution, and Municipal Law. Qualifications for the position, include, but are not limited to, a member of the Idaho State Bar in good standing; superior writing and oral advocacy skills; strong organizational skills; the capacity to work independently and as a team member; and exceptional client service skills. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision.
• Provide exceptional client services by communicating effectively and addressing client inquiries.
• Collaborate with attorneys on case preparation and strategy development.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation to facilitate workflow.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice.
