Associate Attorney

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in personal injury and product liability claims. This role requires excellent legal research and writing skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate on behalf of clients. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance. Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents including pleadings, complaints and motions, and discovery.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, contributing to strategy development.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and answer inquiries.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong proficiency in legal research tools.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and client-focused approach.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
