Associate Attorney

Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join the legal team of a highly successful and reputable law firm. This law firm specializes in Plaintiff Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury cases. This ideal candidate will possess experience in the Med Mal or PI fields on either the Plaintiff or Defense side. This role requires strong research and writing skills, exceptional legal drafting abilities, and a passion for delivering comprehensive legal solutions. As an Associate Attorney, you will play a vital role in supporting the clients' needs through meticulous legal research, effective negotiation, and strategic advocacy. This position offers a strong base salary, bonus, excellent commission structure, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
• Proven experience in medical malpractice or personal injury law (plaintiff or defense)
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents
• Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail
• Experience in pre-litigation and litigation support including case preparation and courtroom procedures
• Knowledge of legal administrative processes and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Effective negotiation skills to advocate for clients’ best interests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
