Overview:
As a Litigation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of cases and providing exceptional legal services You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and strategic problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

3+ years' experience in litigation.
Extensive experience in all discovery phases, including written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized and has impeccable communication skills.
Demonstrate a process-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients while delivering top-notch services to existing clients.
Thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling client matters efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.
Self-motivated, and goal oriented with a record of meeting billable hours goals.
Ability to adapt, multitask, and work independently.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in the state of Nevada.
