Associate Attorney

Small law firm focusing primarily on workers' compensation/industrial injury law seeks a full time associate attorney. Experience with workers' compensation is not required- we are willing to train the right candidate.

Position includes: Direct client contact from intake through trial. Managing a caseload independently but with team support. Ability to advocate on behalf of clients in an administrative setting. Compensation is competitive and consists of a base salary plus commission.

This position is primarily remote with court appearances as needed.

*Requirements:

Licensed to practice in MA

Strong research and writing skills

Prior litigation experience
