Associate Attorney

Florida Bar Member (Required)

Seeking an associate attorney with at least 3-5 years experience, including trial experience.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations and trials
• Argue motions, take effective depositions of lay and expert witnesses

Desired Skills: Excellent research and writing ability; a strong desire to learn and be a team player; ability to learn and operate the firm's practice management software.

Your strong writing skills and expertise in utilizing tools like Lexis-Nexis will enhance your effectiveness in case preparation.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
