Associate Attorney

Young, Bill, Palmer, Duke, Thompson & Alexander, P.A. is an AV-rated insurance defense firm with offices in Pensacola, Miami and Tampa and seeks attorneys with 3-5 years’ experience in handling insurance defense matters for the Miami and Tampa offices. The position requires excellent academic credentials, strong communication and writing skills, and being comfortable interacting directly with clients, opposing counsel, and Judges. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a problem-solver, and committed to producing outstanding work product. This position also provides the opportunity to litigate and try cases in both state and federal court.

We are currently seeking an exceptional Associate Attorneys that possesses an:

• Active license in good standing with The Florida Bar;
• Experience in handling insurance related legal issues;
• Excellent and persuasive verbal and writing skills;
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills;
• A commitment to the delivery of exceptional work-product and advocacy practice;
• Proficiency in technology and program resources including, but not limited to, all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web-based meeting and litigation management programs, electronic timekeeping and billing software;
