Associate Attorney

Our client, a high-performing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and wants to take their litigation skills to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a full litigation docket from filing to trial, including depositions, mediations, and expert selection.
• Draft motions, attend hearings, and execute legal strategies with precision.
• Lead and collaborate with your assigned paralegal to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Receive hands-on mentorship from senior trial counsel and access cutting-edge litigation training.
• Communicate clearly with clients and opposing counsel throughout the case lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a plaintiff-side litigation attorney in personal injury law.
• Comfortable working with and deposing expert witnesses.
• Strong command of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Experience in motor vehicle accident and/or premises liability cases.
• Organized, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of your caseload.
• A passion for continuous learning and refining litigation strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
