Associate Attorney – Warranty Defense Litigation

Overview
A growing litigation team is seeking a motivated and proactive Associate Attorney to support its expanding warranty defense practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to advance their career through hands-on litigation experience, meaningful responsibility, and mentorship from seasoned practitioners. Position Highlights

  • Significant Responsibility: Engage in substantive legal work, including drafting briefs, managing discovery, taking depositions, appearing in court, and contributing to trial preparation and strategy.

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar license.
  • At least 1 year of civil defense litigation experience, including pleadings, motion practice, depositions, written discovery, and case management.
  • Experience with California Warranty Law (such as the Song-Beverly Act) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with a genuine interest in litigation.
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality legal work and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to take initiative in managing tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
