Associate Attorney

Job Description:

• Managing volume caseload and associate attorneys.
• Preparing pleadings, including lawsuits, reviewing and signing pleadings.
• Negotiating settlements.
• Attending hearings, taking depositions and preparing discovery.
• Meeting with and advising clients.
• Added benefit having a book of business or record of generating business.

Job Requirements:

• Florida Bar membership
• 3-5 years of litigation experience (preferably in the collection and replevin fields).
• Experience attending hearings, taking depositions and conducting trials.
• Industry Experience: Auto Replevin, Collection, and Impound process in Florida.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
