New Jersey - Statewide Practice Family Law Firm seeks experienced Associate Attorney. 10 years or more experience preferred. Must be detailed oriented, organized, and be able to work in a team/collaborative setting. Ability to meet a billable weekly requirement is necessary.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing memos, pleadings, motions, etc.
• Preparing for depositions and trials.
• Independent court appearances on select FD and DV matters and Motions.
• Case management.
• Networking and event attendance and planning.
• Must have courtroom experience as well as proven negotiating skills.
• Facility with Zoom and Microsoft teams including presenting evidence remotely.

Schedule:

• Work as needed to complete tasks and meet billing requirements. Must be able to travel to different counties in New Jersey for appearances and different law offices.
• Hybrid schedule or remote work schedule.

Full- time 35-40 billable hours
