We are currently looking for an eager attorney to join our MA team; currently accepting entry-level and experienced applicants.

Qualifications

• Required Education - JD
• Actively barred in Massachusetts

Bonus Qualifications

• Litigation experience, including trial work, in Massachusetts
• Experience in the field of Creditor’s Rights and Debt Collection
• Knowledgeable of Massachusetts & Federal Debt Collection Regulations
• Barred in additional states

Responsibilities

• Work remotely (headquarters located in Kirkland, WA)
• Make regular court appearances on behalf of our clients; travel required
• Conduct legal research and writing
• Review and approve pleadings and correspondence
• Negotiate and work to resolve matters prior to trial
• (No billable hour requirement)
