Compensation:
$92,000 - $180,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys
- Create legal documents, including correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings
- Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff
- Resolve cases efficiently by using communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals
- Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action
- Investigate and gather evidence related to personal injury cases, including police reports, medical records, and witness statements

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach a settlement agreement

Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations

Attend depositions and conduct witness interviews

Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their case

Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop legal strategies and arguments

Maintain accurate and complete case files and documentation
Qualifications:-
Candidates must have passed the bar exam
- Prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school
- Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients, staff members and senior attorneys
- Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA)
