Brock & Scott’s Auto Collections & Replevin group is seeking Attorney in Florida to work with Dennis LeVine, Managing Partner

Brock & Scott, PLLC has an opening in its Auto Replevin Department for an Associate attorney in Florida. The attorney will work closely with support staff. Duties include attending hearings, taking depositions and negotiating settlements. The attorney will be responsible for participating in all stages of the Impound, Collection and Auto Replevin process in Florida.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing volume caseload and associate attorneys
• Preparing pleadings, including lawsuits, reviewing and signing pleadings
• Negotiating settlements
• Attending hearings, taking depositions and preparing discovery
• Meeting with and advising clients
• Added benefit having a book of business or record of generating business
