Overview:
Seeking an experienced Associate Attorney (Civil Litigation) with at least 3 years of litigation and trial practice experience. The role involves providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting motions and pleadings, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in court, arbitration, and trial proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload involving civil, construction, insurance, and injury-related litigation
• Draft and review legal documents, motions, and pleadings
• Conduct legal research and provide client advice
• Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining independent case management

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Illinois State Bar
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
