Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation or Family Law Preferred

We are an established Family Law and Civil Litigation firm with eight (8) attorneys located in Studio City seeking a full-time associate attorney. We require someone who is great with people, willing to learn, an excellent writer and someone who is seeking a long-term career in litigation practice. Family law experience preferred.

SOLO PRACTITIONERS: If you are a solo practitioner who is applying for the job, please identify in your cover letter email whether you have a client book, and to what extent those clients are Family Law litigants. Please also identify your prior firm experiences on your resume, so we are informed as to the extent of your experience.

ABOUT OUR FIRM: We are an established Family Law and Civil Litigation firm, looking for an associate to work directly with the partners and other associates in the firm. We enjoy working with each other and also take our work very seriously. This position allows for growth and learning. You will interact with clients directly, make court appearances and be expected to prepare pleadings and discovery. You will be given instruction, but we want an attorney who is self-motivated and dedicated to establishing a long-term career. We require 130 billable hours each month.

The salary will be commensurate with experience, with an approximate annual salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 plus commission. We also offer bonuses, health, dental and vision insurance benefits, PTO, a 401(k) plan with employer matching (after a qualifying period) and parking. We provide payment of bar dues, continuing education, and other perquisites, which will be discussed in interviews.
