An international AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an exceptional Associate Attorney to join its highly ranked Insurance Transactional + Regulatory Practice Group. This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level attorney with top academic credentials and strong experience in fund formation, investment management, or broker-dealer regulation. You will work with leading insurance companies, financial institutions, and Fortune 500 clients on sophisticated regulatory and transactional matters in one of the most complex and rapidly evolving segments of financial services.

Highly Preferred:

• Experience with insurance regulatory matters, compliance frameworks, and corporate transactional work.
• Background advising insurance companies, reinsurers, financial institutions, or other regulated entities.
• Outstanding writing, analytical, negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and financial institutions on regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and strategic transactions.
• Support and manage complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and market-entry initiatives.
• Interpret and analyze regulatory frameworks applicable to insurance and financial services.
• Partner with cross-practice attorneys to deliver seamless, high-level legal solutions.
• Engage directly with clients and regulators to provide sophisticated, business-focused legal counsel.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $275,000 – $350,000 (commensurate with experience).
