Banker’s Hill Law Firm, A.P.C. is growing! We’re looking for a motivated Associate Attorney who wants hands-on experience, a supportive team, and a workplace where people actually enjoy coming to work. (Some of our staff have been here 30+ years!)

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple practice areas and gain hands-on experience every single day:

What You’ll Do

• Manage your own caseload across PI, Lemon Law, Criminal, Family Law & Workers’ Comp
• Handle hearings, mediations, depositions & trials
• Draft motions, complaints & legal pleadings
• Work directly with clients and develop case strategy
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys who love to mentor

What We’re Looking For

• Active CA State Bar license
• 1–3 years of experience
• Strong writing, research & litigation skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
