Associate Attorney – Litigation (3+ Years Experience)

Ruberry Stalmack & Garvey, LLC (RSG) is a mid-size commercial litigation firm servicing high-net-worth individuals and large corporations on a wide variety of matters across the country. RSG is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our growing insurance defense team in the Chicago Loop, while assisting on commercial matters, when needed.

Candidates should have strong research and writing abilities, experience drafting briefs and managing discovery, and experience handling court calls. Candidates should have the ability to work independently on matters, and the ability to work in a team atmosphere on the more complex matters. Insurance defense experience is a plus. Trial and deposition experience are a plus. Additional state licenses are a plus. Ability and willingness to travel out-of-state is a plus.
