We have an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney who is ready for hands-on litigation experience. Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

As an Associate Attorney, you will be involved in all phases of civil litigation, from file handling to courtroom advocacy.

• Case Management & Advocacy: Immediately assume file handling responsibilities (with supervision and training).
• Courtroom Action: Draft and argue motions, take depositions, and interact directly with opposing counsel.
• Trial Preparation: Investigate the details of Plaintiff's claims to uncover critical facts.
• Comprehensive Experience: Unlike larger firms, you will not be limited to performing repetitive tasks; you will learn to manage cases and litigation processes from start to finish.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the firm's partner and team members.

Associate Attorney Qualifications:

• Licensure (Mandatory): You MUST either be currently waiting for results from the July 29-30, 2025 California Bar Examination or already possess an active California Bar Law License in order to apply.
• Experience: Between 0–5 years of experience working as an Attorney.
• Skills:
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Quick learner who takes direction well.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work proactively.
• Strong analytical curiosity and enjoyment of detailed investigation.
