About Us
We are not a traditional law firm. We are a dynamic, rapidly growing practice that partners with business owners, investors, and high-net-worth individuals to deliver sophisticated, results-driven tax strategies. Our team blends deep technical knowledge with an entrepreneurial mindset, tackling complex tax matters—from tax controversy and litigation to corporate structuring and asset protection—with precision and creativity.
We are building one of the most forward-thinking tax law teams in the country—and we want you to be part of it.
As an Associate Attorney, you will serve as a strategic advisor and advocate on some of the most complex and high-stakes tax matters in the industry. This is a client-facing, impact-driven position that combines litigation, tax controversy, and cutting-edge tax strategy.
You will work directly with clients, federal agencies, and the Department of Justice on cases that shape their businesses and financial futures. This role is ideal for a driven attorney who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments and is ready to take their tax practice to the next level.
Lead and support litigation efforts in Federal Refunds, Employee Retention Credit (ERC) disputes, and other sophisticated tax controversy matters.
Engage directly with the Department of Justice (DOJ), IRS, and other federal and state agencies in high-stakes tax litigation.
Advise clients on income tax mitigation structures, trusts, corporate tax planning, and asset protection strategies.
Represent clients in audits, administrative proceedings, appeals, and litigation.
Collaborate with a high-performing team of tax attorneys and professionals to develop innovative strategies for business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
Deliver clear, actionable legal guidance while building trusted, long-term client relationships.
5+ years of experience in tax law, corporate law, M&A, asset protection, or tax controversy litigation.
Proven litigation experience—particularly in Federal Refunds and ERC disputes.
Prior experience working with the Department of Justice (DOJ) is highly preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Exceptional client-facing presence with the ability to navigate high-pressure, high-value matters.
A proactive, growth-minded, and solutions-oriented approach to complex problems.
Admission to a U.S. state bar (California preferred but not required).
$225,000–$325,000 annual base salary, depending on experience and impact
Performance bonuses (typically 10–20% of base salary)
Flexible, hybrid/remote work environment with autonomy over your schedule
Fast-track career growth within a rapidly expanding firm
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
401(k) match and long-term financial incentives
A culture that values innovation, collaboration, and results over bureaucracy and red tape
