Position Summary
We are looking for an
Associate Business Analyst
with 1 - 2.5 years of experience to support requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis. The ideal candidate should have foundational BA experience, be capable of independently handling small-to-medium features, and work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct requirement gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders for low-to-medium complexity features.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

Support the development of BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.

Collaborate with design teams to help create wireframes, mockups, and user journey maps.

Coordinate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure functional understanding.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Maintain documentation on collaboration platforms such as Confluence.

Track requirement changes and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.

Assist in UAT by reviewing test cases, validating requirements, and documenting issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

1 - 2.5 years of hands-on experience as a Associate BA or Business Analyst.

Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum concepts.

Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic process flows.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

Basic understanding of UX concepts and ability to visualize requirements.
