We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our team and assist clients in their compliance journeys.

Role Overview:

As an Associate Consultant, you will collaborate closely with senior consultants and clients to implement and maintain Information Security Management Systems. Your role will support process optimization and regulatory compliance efforts across various frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, PIPEDA, and other ISO standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas of non-compliance with ISO standards.
• Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of ISO management systems and related procedures.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver training and guidance on ISO standards as well as other relevant compliance and management standards to client staff
• Participate in internal audits and prepare detailed reports on findings.
• Maintain and update documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support clients in preparing for external audits and certification processes.
• Provide ongoing assistance to clients for continuous improvement and compliance maintenance.
• Stay informed on the latest updates and best practices related to Information Security standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated by the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to generate meaningful insights and identify trends that drive effective decision-making and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and client relationship building.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability and enthusiasm for self-directed learning to continuously acquire new knowledge, stay current with evolving relevant standards, and effectively master applicable tools and methodologies.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
