About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CLM Associate to join our Growth & Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing communication across the customer lifecycle, executing automated journeys, optimizing engagement, and ensuring seamless customer experiences through data-driven decision making.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Build, execute, and manage customer lifecycle campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, Whatsapp and in-app.
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to derive insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Business, Design, Product, Analytics and other Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience..
  • Monitor performance metrics and share actionable insights to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Contribute to improving customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies.


Key Requirements:


  • Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written communication skills in both English & Hindi .
  • Good understanding of data analysis , ability to interpret numbers, identify trends, and derive insights.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, or Clevertap is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of customer segmentation, funnels, and campaign metrics is preferred.
