Associate Dentist – 1 Day/Week (Mondays) + ½ Saturday/Month – Walnut, CA

Busy, doctor-owned private dental office in Walnut, CA seeking a part-time associate dentist. Perfect for a newer graduate or dentist looking for supplemental work in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

Details:

• Schedule: Mondays + ½ Saturday per month
• Opportunity to add more days as patient demand grows
• Mix of hygiene, exams, restorative, and other procedures (endo, surgery, removable) based on comfort and experience
• Compensation: $550/day guaranteed minimum or 27% of production (whichever is higher) — no lab fee deductions. Saturday half-days paid proportionally.
• Mentorship and hands-on guidance from the owner-doctor
• No quotas; emphasis on quality, patient-centered care

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD, CA license
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
