Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, team-oriented, and focused on delivering quality care. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a steady flow of patients, modern equipment, and a supportive clinical and administrative team.

Compensation

• $800 per day
• Production-based bonus opportunities
• Flexible full-time or part-time schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose, plan, and execute a wide range of dental treatments
• Perform preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures including:
• Comprehensive exams and dental cleanings
• Fillings (composite and amalgam)
• Crown and bridge restorations
• Root canal therapy (anterior, premolar, and molar preferred)
• Extractions (simple and surgical)
• Fabrication and adjustment of dentures and partials
• Veneers, whitening, and other aesthetic dentistry
• Occlusal adjustments and bite analysis
• Periodontal scaling and maintenance in collaboration with hygiene team
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using digital charting systems
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient experiences

Qualifications

• DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Pennsylvania Dental License (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and chairside manner
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Experience with digital x-rays, intraoral scanners, and electronic records (Eaglesoft or similar preferred)
• Experienced candidates with 1 year are preferred.
