Position Summary
Sutton Dental Arts is seeking an early-career, experienced General Dentist to join our well-established private practice in Roseburg, Oregon. Our exceptional, patient-centered practice has been proudly serving the community for over 30 years and offers a collaborative, professional environment focused on delivering high-quality dental care.

Position Details

• Begin immediately with three days of clinical dentistry and a full schedule prepared for you.
• Receive on-site mentoring and coaching from a clinician with over 30 years of experience.
• Work in a modern facility equipped with advanced technology, a digital workflow, and a loyal, long-standing patient base.
• Provide comprehensive dental services, including general dentistry, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, implants, IV sedation, and more.
• Serve a diverse patient population across all ages and demographics.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive compensation: salary or percentage of net collections (negotiable).
• Salary range: $135,000–$180,000, with significant potential for growth.
• $20,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year contract.

• Part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time.

Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
