Our newly acquired dental practice is expanding, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, patient-loving Associate Dentist to join our team as we elevate the patient experience and bring fresh energy to the office. This isn’t a typical plug-and-play role. There’s no existing patient base yet — which means you’ll have the rare opportunity to help shape the culture, reputation, and clinical direction of a practice.

Our boutique private practice is located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ and is and expansion of Advanced Smile Dentistry of Toms River, NJ. With state-of-the-art technology at your fingertips and our growing professional network you will remain current with all the latest trends in dentistry.

What We’re Looking For:

• A dentist who’s entrepreneurial, driven, and excited by growth
• Someone who’s comfortable with slower days initially—and motivated to help build momentum
• A friendly, compassionate dentist committed to excellent patient care
• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
• Valid state dental license
• Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR-BLS)
• NPI number
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• New grads? Experienced docs? ALL welcome—you bring the passion, we’ll bring the support

Compensation:

• Daily guarantee during the initial growth period
• Percentage of collections as the patient base increases
• Competitive structure designed to support you while the practice grows

Schedule:

• Part-time to start (3-4 days/week)
• Opportunity to increase days as patient volume grows
