Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, growth-oriented Associate Dentist who is passionate about providing comprehensive dental care and is interested in integrating an airway-focused perspective into their care. The ideal candidate values collaboration, patient education, and a team-based model of care. This role involves providing comprehensive general dentistry with mentorship available in airway and sleep dentistry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental exams.
• Diagnose and treat general dental conditions for patients of all ages.
• Provide restorative care, preventive services, and patient education aligned with integrative dental practices.
• Utilize digital technologies (CBCT, intraoral scanning, digital radiography, etc.) to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records and uphold high standards of patient communication.
• Participate in continuing education, case reviews, and team meetings to support practice growth and clinical excellence.
• Contribute positively to a warm, supportive, and wellness-driven office culture.

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license (or eligibility).
• Strong interest in airway-focused, biologic, or integrative dental approaches (previous training a plus but not required).
• Commitment to patient-centered care, communication, and long-term treatment planning.
• Proficiency in general dentistry procedures; comfort with pediatric and family dentistry strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a holistic, interdisciplinary framework.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• Familiarity with sleep-disordered breathing screening, myofunctional concepts, or functional orthodontics.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $800.00 - $3,000.00 per day
