Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree
• Active state dental license and malpractice insurance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage competing commitments
• Ability to delegate effectively and collaborate across all levels

• Compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations

Compensation

• A guaranteed daily base, with percentage-of-collections compensation applied once established minimum production levels are exceeded.
