Associate Dentist Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, develop and present multi-phase treatment plans, and deliver high-quality restorative, surgical, and cosmetic dental care.
Deliver restorative dentistry: Class II, posterior restorations, crown and bridge, aesthetic cases.
Collaborate with our dental hygiene team on periodontal therapies and long-term maintenance.
Manage and perform Invisalign and clear aligner cases, including planning, refinements, and patient education. ( Certification Required)
Perform or refer endodontic procedures and minor oral surgery (extractions, implant planning, etc.).
Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols to the highest standards.
Foster positive, trust-based relationships with patients through empathy, education, and communication.
Participate in team huddles, case reviews, and CE events to support shared learning and excellence.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with a proven track record of restorative excellence.
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills, with a preference for candidates confident in surgical and cosmetic procedures.
Committed to lifelong learning, leadership, and mentorship—either as a mentor or being mentored.
Compassionate communicator with a patient-first mindset and collaborative approach.
Comfortable with digital dentistry tools and open to innovation and evolving protocols.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $185,000 – $245,000+ per year (based on experience and individual performance)
