Associate Dentist

Job Summary
38% of collections to a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our state of the art family dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent patient assessment skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct various dental procedures including root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and preventive care.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure a smooth workflow in the clinic.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy related to dental health.
• Experience in a dental clinic setting for a minimum of 3 years
• Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Pay: $246,255.01 - $356,304.00 per year
