We’re a growing, doctor-owned private practice in San Francisco seeking a compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants mentorship, autonomy, and a clear pathway into full restorative and comprehensive care.

Compensation

• $650–$750/day guaranteed for the first 6–12 months
• % of adjusted production once production exceeds baseline
• Strong long-term earning potential as schedule transitions to full restorative

About the Role

• Start with a mix of doctor procedures and doctor-led hygiene/recall visits
• As patient trust builds, your schedule shifts to more restorative and comprehensive dentistry
• Priority given to your clinical interests and strengths
• Work directly with an active owner dentist who is always on-site

Mentorship & Support

• Structured mentorship with weekly or bi-weekly case reviews
• Support with treatment planning, hands-on guidance, and confidence building
• Collaborative environment ideal for learning and growth

Schedule

• Clinic hours: Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Must be available at least 3 days per week
• Owner dentist always present for clinical support

• Our office is extremely transit-accessible:
• Located in Lower Nob Hill, with an “Excellent Transit” rating and a Walk Score of 99
• Steps from Muni bus lines such as 19 Polk and 2 Sutter, connecting you quickly to many SF neighborhoods
• About a 10–15 minute walk or short bus ride to Powell and Civic Center BART/Muni Metro stations, making it easy to commute from the East Bay or Peninsula via BART and to connect with multiple Muni Metro lines (J, K, M, N, T) and the F-Market streetcar in the downtown corridor
• If you rely on public transit, this is an easy, no-car-necessary commute.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience preferred
• New grads welcome—excellent opportunity to refine skills with mentorship
