Serenity Grove Dental opened its doors in January 2025 in the Wellington, FL, and we’re building something special. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to provide exceptional dental care in a spa-like environment where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and truly at home.
We are seeking a high-caliber Associate Dentist who is passionate about comprehensive care, patient relationships, and clinical excellence. This role starts with Saturdays and Mondays, with a clear path to expanded days and hours as our patient base grows over the coming months.

The Associate Dentist provides comprehensive general dentistry with a strong emphasis on patient education, prevention, and long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, ethical, and focused on patient care and comfort.
You’ll be a key partner in helping us grow the practice and define what Serenity Grove Dental stands for in the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.
- Provide high-quality general dentistry, including:
- Restorative care (fillings, crowns, bridges, onlays/inlays)
- Non-surgical periodontal therapy in collaboration with hygiene
- Simple and some surgical extractions (as comfortable)
- Basic endodontic treatment (as comfortable)
- Limited cosmetic procedures (whitening, esthetic bonding, etc.)
- Present and explain treatment options clearly, helping patients make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the dentist-owner, hygienists, and assistants to provide seamless, efficient care.
- Review and update medical histories, medications, and health changes at each visit.
- Order, review, and interpret high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral images.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and detailed clinical notes in the practice management software.
- Adhere to Florida Board of Dentistry standards, OSHA and CDC guidelines, and all applicable regulations.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional team environment.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement, case reviews, and protocol development as the practice grows.
- Provide nitrous oxide and/or minimal/moderate sedation in full compliance with Florida rules and permits.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school.
- Active, unrestricted Florida dental license in good standing .
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Current CPR/BLS certification .
- DEA registration (or eligibility) for prescribing controlled substances in Florida.
- Strong skills in bread-and-butter general dentistry with a commitment to continued learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with patients and team.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a patient-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Digital practice management software (OpenDental experience is a plus).
- Digital radiography and intraoral cameras.
- Digital scanners and modern imaging systems.
- Clear aligner therapy

Work Schedule:
- Monday and Saturday
- Part-time to start, with a clear plan to expand days and hours as the practice rapidly grows over the coming months.

Physical Demands
This role requires regular standing, walking, and use of hands for clinical tasks. Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
