Associate DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support infrastructure automation, deployment, and cost optimization efforts across our cloud environments. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying, managing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to ensure smooth application delivery.
• Support the deployment and management of microservices and containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system and application performance using Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and SRE teams to enforce DevOps best practices.
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and high availability across all environments.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment processes and reliability practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering role.
• Understanding of infrastructure monitoring, cost tracking, and utilization reporting.
• Proven expertise in IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, etc.).
• Containerization and orchestration knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar).
