Summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Associate – Digital Media Marketing to support our social media, content promotion, and design initiatives. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about digital storytelling, visual communication, and strengthening a brand’s online presence across multiple platforms.

You will play a key role in developing engaging content, executing platform-specific campaigns, and contributing directly to business growth through online outreach, community engagement, and consistent brand representation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and implement social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X to drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
  • Share company blogs, services, achievements, and thought leadership content to enhance brand visibility.

Design & Visual Content Creation

  • Create and manage visually appealing content including social posts, ad creatives, infographics, and blog visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
  • Design high-impact assets for campaigns, lead magnets (eBooks, checklists), and landing pages.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual style, and identity across all creative materials.

Outreach, Engagement & Community Building

  • Execute LinkedIn outreach activities including direct messaging, adding contacts, content tagging, comment engagement, and event promotions.
  • Participate in relevant online forums and communities (Reddit, Quora, Slack groups, etc.) to share content and promote services.
  • Promote blog posts and services across social media channels and niche communities to increase traffic and engagement.
  • Monitor and manage community interactions (DMs, comments, mentions) with timely and professional responses.

Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Track weekly/monthly performance of campaigns, social media efforts, and content distribution.
  • Analyze KPIs such as impressions, reach, engagement, CTR, leads, and community growth.
  • Use LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Insights, and other dashboards to generate insights and optimize strategies.
  • Present performance findings and actionable recommendations to the marketing team.

Collaboration & Campaign Execution

  • Work closely with writers, designers, developers, and marketers to execute cohesive digital campaigns.
  • Assist in designing and optimizing landing pages alongside the design and development teams.
  • Ensure all digital communication aligns with the company’s brand identity and messaging.

Lead Generation & Conversion Support

  • Assist in creating lead magnets (eBooks, guides, checklists) and promoting them across channels.
  • Implement strategies to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase conversions on landing pages and CTAs.
  • Monitor and contribute to audience growth through active community engagement.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and/or Figma
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong visual storytelling and creative ideation abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to take ownership and work collaboratively
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to convert metrics into insights
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Design, Communication, or a related field
  • Internship or prior experience in digital marketing, outreach, or content promotion (preferred but not required)
  • Portfolio or samples of social/visual content (recommended)
